A Message from the Principal
Parents and Students,
It's hard to believe we have already made it to the end of the first quarter. As we make the transition into the second quarter and into the winter months, there are a few reminders that I would like to make for our students and their families.
" Unless the temperatures get extremely low or we experience precipitation, we still have outdoor recess daily. Students should be certain to dress appropriately including coats, hats and gloves as needed.
" Regular attendance in school is extremely important. Please review the student handbook regarding truancy, attendance and tardiness. If you have any questions, please contact the main office.
" Students are never allowed to bring medication to school. Any medication must be brought to the school by a parent or guardian and given directly to the school nurse. Parents will be required to fill out or provide the appropriate documentation for medication which is to be given during school hours. The student handbook provides detailed instructions regarding this procedure.
Thank you for taking the time to review this important information. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please contact me at 842-7676.
With Thanks,
Ian R. Farr
