The human resources office manages the hiring and employment processes, including:
  • Posting/advertising positions
  • Collecting/inventorying/sorting/filing/cataloging/retrieving applications
  • Coordinating interviews
  • Ensuring compliance with laws regarding certification and clearances
  • Managing employee benefit programs
  • Managing substitute personnel
  • Coordinating employment with payroll
  • Tracking/coordinating retirement and resignation
