Interscholastic Athletic Opportunities Disclosure

Effective July 1, 2012, the Pennsylvania General Assembly passed Act 82 of 2012 which requires schools to disclose athletic opportunities for students in grades 7-12 on the school's public website using a form specified by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. This applies to public schools, joint schools, area vocational-technical schools, and all public schools having student athletes in grades 7-12. In compliance with this statute, the North Pocono School District has made the specified forms available below.
