Reporting

With all federal programs come voluminous data collection, compliance, and reporting requirements. The federal government regularly audits the district's federal programs not only for program compliance but for documentation and accounting compliance.

In addition, the United States Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights requires the district to collect, format, and submit data annually about students and teachers with respect to a large variety of personal descriptors. This data must be collected on a very strict time table. It is published by the USDoE occasionally, currently with a delay of about five years.
