Contracts

The North Pocono School District maintains contracts (or collective bargaining agreements) with two labor associations, the business manager, and the superintendent. The North Pocono Education Association (NPEA) represents teachers and other PDE-certified, non-management employees.  The North Pocono Educational Support Personnel Association represents classified, non-management personnel in the maintenance, custodial, clerical, and instructional support fields. Per Pennsylvania Department of Education regulations, individual contracts are also negotiated with the district's business manager and superintendent.
