  • From the North (Clarks Summit) or South (Wilkes-Barre) - Interstate 81 to Interstate 380 South (near Dunmore) - take Interstate 380 Exit 22 - Moscow. Left off exit onto PA-690 East - go approximately 1.5 miles. Moscow Elementary Center is located on the right.
  • From the Southeast (Stroudsburg) - Interstate 80 West to Interstate 380 North - take Interstate 380 Exit 20 - Daleville. Left off exit onto PA-307 North - go approximately 1 mile. Turn right at traffic light onto PA-690 East - go approximately 2 miles. Moscow Elementary Center is located on the right.
  • From the East (Delaware Valley) - Interstate 84 West to Interstate 380 South - take Interstate 380 Exit 22 - Moscow. Left off exit onto PA-690 East - go approximately 1.5 miles. Moscow Elementary Center is located on the right.
  • From the East - Local Route (Hamlin/Hawley/Wallenpaupack) – From Hawley/Wallenpaupack, take US-6 to PA-590 West. Take PA-590 West to PA-690 West, just west of Hamlin - approximately 16.5 miles. Follow PA-690 West for 7 miles, passing through downtown Moscow, as PA-690 becomes Church Street, all the way to the main campus.  Moscow Elementary Center is the third school (after the middle school and intermediate school), and it will be located on the left.
  • From the Northeast (Carbondale) - US-6 West (Casey Highway) to Interstate 380 South - take Interstate 380 Exit 22 - Moscow. Left off exit onto PA-690 East - go approximately 1.5 miles. Moscow Elementary Center is located on the right.
