The North Pocono School District has created a website for student registration which includes registration for incoming Kindergarten students. The website can be found here: https://registration.npsd.org.

Please read over the information listed on the page prior to completing the registration form. Once the registration form is submitted, several representatives from the district will contact you via phone and email to complete the registration process.

Fall Sports Physicals 2022

• All Fall sports physicals must be completed and returned to the school by the first day of fall sports which is Monday August 15, 2022.
• Sports physical forms can be found on NPH's website under Forms.
• Physicals will be provided at the High School school for athletes that are unable to have the form completed by their primary care provider.
• School physicals will be held at the High School on Thursday July 28 & Thursday August 4 from 1:30 to 5:30 by appointment only.
• Please fill out the Google Form found by Clicking Here to schedule an appointment.
• If you are having a school physical, be sure to bring the PIAA form with sections 1 to 6 completed.
• Impact testing is required every 2 years. Impact testing can be done remotely. Email Mrs. Silva or Mrs. Sheerer to get a link.
