The North Pocono School District Office of Buildings and Grounds is responsible for the maintenance, testing, repair, and compliance of all systems, structures, and facilities within the physical plant. In addition to ensuring the structural integrity and cleanliness of all district buildings, the office is responsible for a huge array of district property management, amongst which are public water systems, electrical systems, plumbing and sanitary systems, HVAC systems, athletic fields and facilities, refrigeration systems, vehicle maintenance and repair, parking area maintenance and repair, drainage systems, snow removal, groundskeeping, public address systems, clock and bell systems, lighting systems, security systems, energy management, and chemical storage and management.
